Have you tried using Parachute Advanced Coconut Creme Oil yet?

If yes, I would love to know your inputs on this. I recently picked this baby up because so many of you were requesting for me to review it. And while I was grocery shopping, I happen to see this and decided to give it a try.

Now another reason to pick it up was its launched by Parachute and I have grown up using their good old coconut oil since ages and whenever they come up with new products I kinda am super curious to try them out. I have also reviewed Parachute aloe vera oil in the past in case if you want to check that out.

But for the moment lets just stick to their coconut creme oil.

Appearance: The coconut creme oil comes in a plastic bottle that has a golden nozzle which shuts nicely and is spill proof. But the bottle, however, isn’t travel-friendly. The bottle looks really cute and adorable though.

The creme oil is slightly yellow in color and has a medium to a thick creamy consistency. It actually glides really smoothly leaving absolutely no trace behind on hair or on hands. This actually was super impressive for me.

Price: Rs.49 for 60ml.

My Experience using Parachute Advanced Coconut Creme Oil

The moment I picked this baby up, I had high hopes for this. This is because I saw my blogger buddies raving about it. So as soon as I brought it home, I immediately opened the seal and started applying. As soon as I took a little amount of creme oil on my palm, I noticed its fragrance. It’s pleasant but it didn’t smell like coconut at all.

The creme oil is very perfect in terms of consistency, just how I like it. It glides so smoothly and evenly on to hair without leaving that greasy feeling which let’s face it we aren’t a big fan of. The hair feels instantly nourished and fizzy free within seconds.

I, however, didn’t dare to apply it on my scalp considering the big list of chemicals that it contains. But on hair, I loved its effects. However, when I used it as leave-in it made hair limp and little dirty after the second day. So I personally am never using it again as a leave-in. I however, like using coconut oil as a leave-in conditioner.

The creme oil was easy to wash off too unlike other heavier oils that we use. So if you aren’t a fan of oily champi this can easily help your hair stay nourished and moisturized. But I still wouldn’t recommend you to apply it on your scalp.

Summary

A great option for people who hate messiness and stickiness of oils. Just keep it mind it contains chemicals and I wuld urge you to not apply it directly onto your scalp.

Where to buy Parachute Advanced Coconut Creme Oil in India?

I got mine fro local store but it is also available on Amazon.

Yay or Nay?

Yay!

Despite it being loaded with chemicals, I liked using it on the days when I want to avoid the greasy mess of oils. It also works great when I want to treat my frizz instantly. It’s a good option to go for just make sure you keep it away from your scalp.
